The heat here didn’t really allow for a decent nights sleep ... especially with a duvet on the bed 😝 So when I got up I took a few of the students into Midleton with me to do some shopping and to get a hair cut! 

Late afternoon I cooked a few of the dishes I intend to do for the practical exam .. with mixed results ... need to pick up the knack of filling and shaping samosas ... and a few other niggly things ... another few run throughs should iron the niggles out 🤞

The evening was spent on Admin and filing ... I really need to open these wine books 🤔😝 

Last proper week cooking coming up ... week 11 !!! 😱
