The day after the night before ... a late rise, feeling the effects of the late finish! 😩

Not much done or achieved today ... spent the later part of the afternoon cleaning up the garden and kitchen, thankfully some of the guys had done most of it earlier that morning ... dropping the props from the night before back to their rightful place on the farm 😉

Then it was some admin, filing and trying to organise my filing ... exciting  

Tomorrow is our last morning of supervised cooking ... the only other cooking done will be for our practical exam! How scary is that! 😱🤞

Week 12 starts tomorrow .... the beginning of the end 😢😉
