Today was a bit of a go slow day ... probably more due to the weather than anything else. I potteries around for most of the morning and then had a bite to eat in the cafe at the school ... trying to read my wine book ... unsuccessfully 🤔

After that I baked my second sourdough ... turned out fairly good but I think I may have left it in the heat of the kitchen a little too long before baking it ... bit too much oven spring ... but it is super tasty 😋 

The rest of evening I spent cleaning and trying to do a bit of reading ... unsuccessfully 😒 Tomorrow ....
