A normal start this morning and was in the kitchen for 8 a.m. ... I ended up with a bit too much to do ... as I had my normal dishes and then I decided to make a Focaccia and I had to finish the steak and kidney pie from Tuesday! 😱
The days cooking went ok but I ended up in a bit of a rush for the last hour as the early morning I plodded along at an easy pace! Tomorrow I will need to improve 🤫

After Demo I had signed up for an extra curricular (paid) ... fishing trip ... a group of ten headed down to Ballycotton Pier at 6 p.m. and met up with Peter ... our local friendly fisherman ...
We head out in his boat around the island and beyond and caught some herring, mackerel and pollock! It was a great way to spend a few hours and everyone really enjoyed it! There was enough fish to feed an army by the end of it!
Tomorrow ... Friday and I am heading down to West Cork for the weekend! Oh and I’m also on stock duty tomorrow 😢
